PLATFORM OVERVIEW
KNOWGAA is a knowledge-based competitive platform designed to host domain-specific tournaments, challenges, and assessments across various professional fields including but not limited to IT, ServiceNow, AI, Project Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Leadership.
The platform enables participants to compete in structured knowledge gaming environments evaluated through scoring systems, expert reviews, and performance metrics.
ELIGIBILITY
- Participants must be at least 13 years of age or meet the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction.
- Participants must provide accurate registration information.
- KNOWGAA reserves the right to disqualify any participant providing false or misleading information.
REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
- Users must register with valid credentials.
- Each account is personal and non-transferable.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login information.
- Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION
- Participation in tournaments is subject to registration confirmation.
- KNOWGAA may impose entry criteria, prerequisites, or qualification rounds.
- Tournament formats may include quizzes, scenario-based challenges, case studies, simulations, or expert evaluations.
- All decisions made by judges, evaluators, or AI-supported systems are final unless otherwise stated.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants must:
- Maintain professionalism and integrity
- Avoid cheating, plagiarism, or use of unauthorized assistance
- Respect other participants and judges
- Avoid disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior
Violation may result in disqualification or permanent ban.
SCORING & EVALUATION
- Scoring may be based on accuracy, speed, strategy, creativity, or expert evaluation.
- KNOWGAA reserves the right to modify scoring systems for fairness and improvement.
- Evaluation results are final and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
PRIZES & RECOGNITION
- Prizes, awards, rankings, and recognition are subject to tournament-specific rules.
- KNOWGAA reserves the right to modify or withdraw prizes if necessary.
- Recognition may include certificates, rankings, digital badges, or professional visibility opportunities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, branding, tournament structures, and materials on KNOWGAA.com are owned by KNOWGAA unless otherwise stated.
- Participants retain ownership of original submissions but grant KNOWGAA a non-exclusive license to use content for evaluation, promotion, and platform improvement.
DATA PRIVACY
- Participant data is collected for registration, evaluation, ranking, and communication purposes.
- KNOWGAA commits to safeguarding personal data and will not sell personal information to third parties.
- Data usage complies with applicable data protection laws.
TOURNAMENT MODIFICATIONS
- KNOWGAA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tournaments at any time due to operational, technical, or strategic reasons.
- Participants will be informed of significant changes where possible.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- KNOWGAA is not liable for technical failures, data loss, or interruptions during participation.
- Participation is at the user’s own risk.
- KNOWGAA’s liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted by law.
TERMINATION
KNOWGAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior
- Disrupt tournament integrity
GOVERNING RULES
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where KNOWGAA operates, unless otherwise specified for specific tournaments.
PRIZE PAYMENTS AND TAX RESPONSIBILITY
KNOWGAA.com will distribute the announced prize money to eligible winning participants in accordance with the applicable competition rules and prize distribution procedures. Prize payments will be made only after the completion of any required eligibility, identity, and compliance verification processes and subject to the participant’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the announced prize amount represents the gross prize awarded by KNOWGAA.com. Each winning participant is solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes, duties, levies, withholding obligations, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other governmental or financial charges that may arise in connection with the receipt of the prize money under the laws of their country or jurisdiction of residence, citizenship, or tax obligation.
KNOWGAA.com does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of any prize. Winners are encouraged to seek independent professional advice regarding their tax obligations.
Where applicable law requires KNOWGAA.com to withhold taxes or comply with reporting obligations before making a prize payment, KNOWGAA.com reserves the right to deduct or withhold such amounts and to request any documentation reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNOWGAA.com shall not be liable for any taxes, penalties, interest, assessments, or other liabilities incurred by a participant as a result of receiving a prize. By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges and agrees that compliance with all applicable tax and reporting obligations is solely their responsibility.
PARTICIPANT INFORMATION, IDENTITY, AND MEDIA DISCLAIMER
By registering for or participating in any competition, event, tournament, certification, or activity hosted on KNOWGAA.com, each participant represents and warrants that all information submitted through the platform is true, accurate, complete, current, and lawfully provided.
Participants are solely responsible for all information they provide, including but not limited to their name, display name, photograph, profile picture, biography, nationality, organization or employer, educational institution, professional credentials, certifications, contact information, social media profiles, and any other personal information, documents, images, or content submitted to the platform.
KNOWGAA.com does not routinely verify the identity, qualifications, affiliations, certifications, or other personal information provided by participants. Accordingly, KNOWGAA.com makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, authenticity, completeness, or validity of any participant’s information and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from inaccurate, misleading, false, fraudulent, outdated, or unauthorized information submitted by participants.
Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information remains accurate and up to date throughout their participation. Any legal, financial, reputational, or other consequences arising from the submission or use of incorrect, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
Participants further represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to submit and use any photographs, profile images, logos, documents, or other content uploaded to KNOWGAA.com, and that such submissions do not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.
By participating, participants grant KNOWGAA.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and promote their submitted name, photograph, profile image, organization name, competition results, rankings, achievements, certificates, badges, and other publicly submitted information for purposes related to the administration, promotion, documentation, marketing, and historical records of KNOWGAA.com events and activities. This may include publication on the KNOWGAA.com website, leaderboards, digital certificates, event materials, newsletters, social media platforms, press releases, promotional videos, and other marketing or informational content.
KNOWGAA.com reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to verify participant identities or supporting documentation at any time before, during, or after an event. KNOWGAA.com may request additional documentation, suspend accounts, withhold awards or certificates, remove content, reject registrations, or disqualify participants if it reasonably believes that any submitted information is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise violates applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions, or the integrity of the competition.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KNOWGAA.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, or legal action arising directly or indirectly from the accuracy, authenticity, use, publication, or misrepresentation of participant-provided information or media. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless KNOWGAA.com, its owners, affiliates, employees, partners, sponsors, organizers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from information or content submitted by the participant or from any breach of the representations and warranties contained in this disclaimer.
TEAM NAME, LOGO, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISCLAIMER
Participants are solely responsible for any team names, logos, trademarks, graphics, images, slogans, or other branding materials submitted, displayed, or used in connection with any competition or activity on KNOWGAA.com.
By submitting or using such materials, participants represent and warrant that they own all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use them, or that their use does not infringe upon the intellectual property, trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy, or any other legal rights of any third party.
KNOWGAA.com does not create, select, endorse, verify, monitor, or exercise editorial control over participant-submitted team names, logos, or other branding materials. Accordingly, KNOWGAA.com makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality, originality, ownership, or non-infringing nature of any such submission and expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability arising from their use.
Any claim, dispute, legal proceeding, demand, or liability relating to the ownership, use, infringement, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of any team name, logo, trademark, copyright, design, image, or other intellectual property submitted by a participant shall be the sole responsibility of the participant who submitted or used the material.
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KNOWGAA.com, its owners, affiliates, employees, sponsors, partners, organizers, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or related to participant-submitted team names, logos, or other branding materials, including any alleged infringement of the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
KNOWGAA.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to reject, remove, replace, or require modification of any team name, logo, or branding material that it reasonably believes may infringe the rights of a third party, violate applicable laws, or be inappropriate or inconsistent with the standards or integrity of the platform. Such action shall not constitute an admission of responsibility or create any obligation on the part of KNOWGAA.com to monitor or verify participant submissions.
AMENDMENTS
KNOWGAA may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
